@MrBaldyriek are you serious? You think these photos will hurt children? Wow... I was actually in this park when I was only around 8 years old with my grandmother and parents. I still remember it, me and my little sister were having fun climbing on some of the statues, and I was so amazed by the huge Monolith that showed people aging! I don't really see how something natural like the naked statues can be disturbing to children.
I like the growing pace and the choice of the pictures
I've been in Oslo three times and since the first one I was stunned and a little anguished and this reflects on the show I recently made and posted here on youtube.
But your movie is something different and really gives the sense of the multiple facets of human experience on this world
Parden me people... I am a Norwegian girl (og dette er beviset)
This park is so full of hate, anger, pain, suffering and fear.. Look at all the expressions in the faces.. Look how they suffer and look how they fear..
And you missed the most "beatiful" of them all, the human eating REPTILES!!!
Thank you for making it possible for me to see some of the sculptures in Vigeland Park. A friend had told me about the park and I'm so excited that I was able to get the feel for the place without traveling to Oslo.
I was there a few years ago. It was an amazing sculpture park that I had never heard of before. As I went though it, I kept thinking, why doesn't anyone in the USA know of these beautiful sculptures, which depict life's cycle from birth to death.
I have several photos I took of the Babies in a circle, they were so breathtakingly beautiful and real-like.
Vigeland Park has to be one of the world's greatest scuptural wonderlands. If you love sculpture, you simply must try to come to Oslo to see it, and the accompanying museum, where Vigeland worked, after his agreement with the City to leave his legacy to Oslo.
I really want to visit this now.

that is really disturbing for kids who watch this. Like they see body parts that are not to be seen in the video

Я-деревенский мальчишка случайно оказался в этом парке в мае 1995 года. Не могу забыть это место. Мечтаю побывать там снова с женой и детьми.

I was there around 84.
My grandfather was born at the same place where the sculptor live or was born, which is also a national park, Vigeland ranch.
I probably shouldn't say more about my supposed or alleged knowledge of my connection to Gustav Vigeland.

I was there in 2000. Breathtaking sculptures in this OSLO Vegeland Park. The music is by Edvarg Grieg, Norway's Premiere Classical Musician. - Penny
