I had a local company try and sell my 1990 Z28, And the salesman used it as a daily driver without my knowledge. It worked out because he himself ended up buying it, But still. I found that to be incredibly unprofessional and dishonest.

God what a lying scumbag the defendant is. He drove home 40 miles for three days yet did a minimum of 1200 miles! He kept changing his stofy. Obviously he uses these cars for his personal use and then the owner has to cop a reduced price for their own car with the extra miles on it. What a scam. I'm sure it goes on in many used car lots, and it's a shame not everybody takes these thugs to court.
