This is very well played, but

-The tone is a bit chimey, and not sharp enough- Jimmy deff uses an acoustic

-I think you're chicken picking the chorus chords, when actually they're strummed with a pick

-The outro is completely wrong, although it still sounds good!!

Sabbath were great. In fact most of the contemporary British bands of the late 60s and early 70s were phenomenal! Cream was possibly the best 3 piece band ever.Jack Bruce was quite something!
