Print stock (copies of then new negative movie film) and non-Kodachrome reversal stocks can have their cyan dyes fade faster than their yellow and magenta dyes (a positive projected image has yellow, cyan, and magenta dyes to create full color) -- the magenta fades last, so over time, the image becomes predominantly magenta.
