  • YOU CAN GET THE IDLER WHEEL REBUILT BY RUSSELL INDUSTRIES IN OCEANSIDE NY THEY ARE LISTED I SEND A LOT OF THEM TO THEIR COMPANY AS I COLLECT OLD RECORD CHANGERS AND TVS HOPE THIS IS A HELP TO YOU.

  • The clicking you here is from the idler wheel having a flat spot on it , mine is having the same problem . You need to find an idler wheel part number evg1459

  • I just purchased this same Zenith today at an estate sale for 12.00. Cosmetically it looks like new, but doesn't work it needs new caps. The changer was noiser than yours. I purchased a rubber gromet at the hardware store for 89 cents that was the same size it now works just fine, and is quiet. I still plan to oil and clean the mechanism. I have it posted, and will post it again when I get it goimg.
