you need to go to falador castle south east side, second floor or sumthing,

you can use steel or rune full helm/kite sheild, and for banner you need planks and piece of cloths then talk to sir renitee as it shows on the video , talk to sir to chose which crest you want, list in the discription about requirements on the crests, then you go to a players house, and use your helm/sheild piece of cloth on the painting stand and there you go :D
