This video is misleading on Romney's records. His opinion has changed over time. But juxtaposing present and past as you have done doesn't allow for the context of the remarks, nor the many debates where Romney has clarified his personal feelings, or his changed of heart. You can be a pro-life individual and yet, when forced to work with pro-choice democrats, have to compromise with the party in power. There are many who, like Romney, thought one thing early in adult life changed his nind later.
He's not talking about the endorsement from his 2002 campaign for Governor. He's talking about a letter that was written on his behalf 2 WEEKS AGO (at the time he talked about it) about his record as Governor. I'm amazed that people who are pro-life want to see those who are pro-choice convert to become pro-life yet when they do, they're accused of flip-flopping.
@mpetrie The context in both cases is obvious to everyone. His statement "I've always been pro-life" is where Romney is lying through his teeth. So, no one's calling him a flip-flopper - he's just a liar.
@jamaljk85 He has ALWAYS been PERSONALLY pro-life. Meaning, he is against abortion personally. But his conversion related to the role of government. Should the government hold a pro-life or a pro-choice position? He felt that he should not force his personal beliefs of abortion on citizens through government. But that changed when he had that bill come to his desk. He converted to believing that government should also operate from a pro-life perspective.
This man cannot be trusted. Period. I could've voted for the 2002 version of Romney, provided I didn't know that the man had not one lick of integrity.

No Mitt. This is precisely the right time to be doubting someone's words or integrity
