  • I enjoyed your video -- thanks for sharing!

  • I went labor day weekend and it was amazing!!! Great place to eat LSD. The canyon walls come alive!!!

  • The words in the beginning are so true. I was there in the late 90's, I went with a group (3 weeks with people who I never would have met otherwise), and while I can't speak for them, I know that I remember the land fondly, and would return in a heartbeat if I could. Go and open yourself to the wonders, including the people, that are there, it may just change you.

  • Nice video. I am going to Havasupai this spring. :-)

  • my new years goal is to hike havasupai. i will bring my good friends, my love for nature, and lots and lots of water :) great video. you guys seem like a wonderfully happy couple.

  • I love Havasupi lol I've hiked it 4 times lol

  • I just wanted to say thanks for sharing your experience. I actually saw the falls the weekend before the dam broke...was very lucky to see such a beautiful place...looks like you guys had a great time still

  • How long of a hike is it to the falls?

  • it depends but to the campgrounds its 5 - 6 hours mooney falls is about ten minutes farthter then the campgrounds havasu falls and new falls are closer

  • @minutemanaz to the village is about 8 miles and the camp site is about another 2 miles so if memory searves me correctly its about 10 to the camp but its not that bad

  • Is Navajo still thre? I heard it got wiped out =[

  • The river now flows around Navajo. So there is no falls there anymore sadly. However there are now two new waterfalls on the new path the river takes. The area they flow through still looks pretty nasty but with some time it could grow to be really beautiful. Still sucks to see something like that go. I'm glad I got to see it when I did.

  • Thanks for posting this.

  • Thanks for sharing your trip! Cool vid.

  • Thanks for the video. I was interested in the damage of last year's flooring. Looks like the pool at the bottom of Mooney is gone. How was the pools at Havasu falls? Enjoyed your video. Thanks for the memories. TEd
