@gemmyvy Yes. There were a few episodes where the Bundys went to England. The basic story was a Bundy from a few hundred years ago pissed off a witch who put a curse on all male Bundys and cast the village into 24 hours a day darkness until the last male Bundy left is killed in the village, so that village tells them they won a contest to get them there. Another local village wants to kill the Bundys on THEIR land to keep the dark village tourism money coming in

The french bit is even funnier I think. Im from germany (the most loved nation on earth, as we all know ;-) ) and yeah, we got the same thing with the french here.
