OK, so I think this video confirms it's a fan noise. Nothing you can do, I guess, except change the fan out? Search Youtube for vid: sJS7reN6qfs

@jephboy Yeah dude, it's the fan. Bought a new cooler for it and the noise is gone.

I need to find a replacement fan for mine then, lol. I figured it might be the fan. I was supposed to swap out the card with another one to verify that it's the card+fan, but got lazy this weekend.
