Judaism, Christianity and Islam all worship the same abrahamic god. Do some research. These christiam, islamic, jewish people fight and kill each other over religion and they all believe in the same allah/god. How does that make any sense. Give up the shackles of faith and come to the world of reason.

That may sound strange because we are taught that religion and reason are opposites, but when you look at it, Allah/God, the God of all existence (including of all mankind) does not command us to kill each other. This killing each other over petty matters is totally against all religions, and is the result of exploitation and ignorance. The Quran clearly forbids killing except for social justice, and that too in very very isolated circumstances

It's because he made the effort to seek truth, abandoning his people's false idols under extreme duress so that he could submit to the Supreme Lord of the Universe, ie God. @success2k A lot of people kill in the name of love/justice/greater good also. That doesn't make those aims wrong it just makes the "means" wrong. same way Islamic faith does not entail killing, it's just a bunch of misguided loonies who try to justify their violent "means". If I were to say that the world would be a better place if we followed "reason" and then went on a killing spree against any religious person, that doesn't mean that reason is wrong, it just means that the means are wrong.
