Simon sucks completely, they need to at least put a sign up that says not to go to the 2nd level if they are too lazy to have it fixed. I'm sure they know about it but dont give a shit about anything

Its the main common cause of people being jammed in elevators. The outer landing door interlocks hooking up and not releasing doors to open. Positioning of either the landing needs adjusting as the air cord is maybe stretched or the interlock could be binding.

What is was is the door restrictor on the clutch. It is activated by the main release vane and the restrictor is opened by the same mechanism used on a bike for the handbrake. If something is wrong with the release rollers on the hall door the system will jam. It needs an adjustment.

the schindler did that in JCPenney at in Beaver Valley did that once, same thing happen at a parking garage in Oakland, a schindler also, this happened in Macys in Pittsburgh Mills, schindler and boscovs, in clearview mall, a schindler also happen in JCPenney at Monroevile mall Montgomery and didnt reopen, when a lady was in there.

Instead of kicking people with cameras out of the mall and stuff, they need to clean and fix this elevator. If they want to be so concern about safety they should fix their elevators.
