@kennvang technically, he's not cheating, if the server has sv_cheats set to 1 anyone can do this, and you won't get VAC banned for doing it, also, on any server with sv_cheats set to 0 you won't be able to do this. if you go on a server with sv_cheats 1, expect this to happen.
