In manga she has a super attack called "Neptune Violon Tide", which is like a counterpart for Sailor Mercury's Aqua Rhapsody. Super Sailor Mercury has harp for her symbol in her Crystal Change Rod, so if Toei would have decided to turn Outer Senshi to transform with their crystal change rod, Neptune would have had violin as her symbol in her crystal change rod. That's of course just my theory

I think you should keep the moving aurora background all the way til her pose and make the symbol on her wand to spin faster but other than that you did an amazing job! 5 stars! :)

The way the original anime "rotated" symbol doesn't look like its spinning, more like rotating like crazy compare to mines, but I'll change it soon too. Yes the deep aqua mirror for her pose will be there soon. I'm trying to focus on the very beginning and I'll make changes to that too. ^-^ I guess I have to shine broach more too.
