I get that it was supposed to be the guy chasing him to the city at the end...but it wasn't very clear. It could have used another shot or two between the beach and the city. Also, what was the purpose of hitting him all the way to the city? That didn't make much sense to me. Misleading title and weak ending aside, the rest of it was pretty well done.
