I know a lot of people that think the TeaParty folks that were elected last Nov. are not special in any way but they really are. They look to the constitution as the rule of law that cannot be overstepped or altered in interpretation.

So if we were going to stop Pakistan from getting WMD's, then you have to do it before they have them, not after. I thank you for taking the time to make this video, However I think your mistaken in this instance, the president can put US troops anywhere for any reason as long as they seek the approval of congress within 90 days, and if they pull out before 90 days, guess what? no approval needed. Joe Biden is a very gaffe-prone individual. He was incorrect. The United States constitution allows the US President to command all troops at his/her disposal. However, due to the The War Powers Resolution of 1973 allows him to keep the troops in action for 60 days with another 30 days to "withdraw" them WITHOUT getting authorization of Congress. The act stipulates that he must INFORM Congress that he is sending in troops, not get permission. Also, the CIA is run BY the president... nice try.

It's like with Pakistan. Pakistan has nuclear weapons. Therefore they can pretty much do whatever they want or threaten whoever they want, and there is nothing we could do about it. So if we were going to stop Pakistan from getting WMD's, then you have to do it before they have them, not after. BTW, Iraq was an immediate threat to the US. You don't have to wait for the bombs to land on your head before doing something about it. Saddam wouldn't allow anyone to inspect there sites, and therefore you have to assume the reason is because he is making them. Preventing WMD's requires action before they are obtained, for obvious reasons. Kadafi, however, was not posing a WMD threat or any immediate threat. You can't wait for Iran to have them before acting or it will be too late.

There are genocides in other parts of Africa currently going on (and have been going on for years), while dictators in Syria, Bahrain, Yemen, Iran, Tunisia, and other countries are now killing protestors in the streets. Using Obama's logic of it's our duty to protect humanity, does this mean that we are going to have to intervene in all of these places? Where or when does it stop? When will the "Humanitarian Draft" begin? Is this how they intend to handle the more than 9 Million jobless?

He can't be impeached. The war powers ACT delegates power to any sitting president to be able to declare war as long as he reports to congress within 48hrs of doing so. This is law. The only thing you can do is change the law but you cannot impeach Obama he has done nothing wrong.

There is a cabal who uses the 'executive branch", controls it, regardless of who the "figure-head" is, for their own imperialistic desires.
