This tip is amazing! Tried it today and did 3 or 4 double faults in a three set match. In the past it's been a lot more than that! The only reason for my double faults this time was my toss. Thanks a lot!
Exactly... the longer you take between serves, the more time you have to reset yourself. Resetting your breathing, your focus, and distancing yourself further from that 1st failure.
Great video, my coach actually told me that a few months ago and it's helped me a lot, is there any specific video for improving your second serve though?

Simple but a goodie. Since serving is the only shot where you control the pace, it's all psychological when you miss.
