Awesome video. I moved to NYC in July of 1999. And rode the Ferry every day and night to get back to Staten Island. But I did eventually move to Manhattan after winter kicked in. But thanks for the memories. Those were the exact sights I saw every day on my way Manhattan and back to Staten Island, vice versa.
@HaloCE14 I understand you man I have the same feelings, I still do cry like a little bitch over the towers anyday, But unfortunately we can't just nuke them because 1. It's against the rules of war, we are only allowed to use a nuke if it's a last resort. 2. Afghanistan and Russia and all them are communist countries so if we nuke them pretty much chances are we will be in trouble. But I would gladly join the army and shoot and kill them with no remorse whatsoever and no I'm not a bad person.=)
Wow! The Twin Towers were such a powerful sight. The view was great from the Staten Island Ferry. Growing up in the Detroit Metropolitan area of Southeastern Michigan, I usually did not think about the towers. Before 9/11/2001 I only thought of the towers when I thought of Spider-Man because I remember watching the news and seeing a guy dressed in that costume climbing up one of the skyscrapers. Now everytime I hear the name New York or 9/11 I think of the Twin Towers and its former workers.
That ferry was so annoying on fri, sat, sun nite b/c they ran 1 time/hr. I kinda miss it now though, I moved. But you would have to wait a hole hour, sometime the 1 train would make you miss it b/c it sat outside the station forever

It captures the genuine experience. Its very poignant to see the twin towers as we were so accustomed to see them.
