  • BBC is the shit...

  • And heat kills vitamins so there is very little nutrition to absorb from cooked food as it is. Ofc its going to be easier for your stomach. You're eating food that is lacking in vitamins (and nutrition) and absorbing all the carbs/sugars....which is ultimatly going to end badly. Nutritionists and any other who has studed diet and nutrition would never approve of this experiment.

  • @Nibbit Heat kills vitamins. You're an idiot.

  • @Freshhhhh1982 Yes, heat does kill vitamins....as I said. Knowing this does not make me "an idiot". However, people who do not know such basic knowledge of nutrition are very ignorant. Your response to me is quite redundant.

  • @Nibbit Do you even know what a vitamin is.

  • @Freshhhhh1982 Ofc I do...and apparantly you do not. Therefore, I will humour you. They were a major part of my biology and health occupation studies. Vitamins are _organic_ compounds that chemically react to certain influences on your body (Example: the sun, food, enviroment). Anything organic is affected by outside sources....such as boiling heat and freezing cold. Extreme tempatures certainly do affect vitamins and can/will destroy them.

  • Actually, heating the food does make calories of some food able to be used by the body... first statement is kind o false

  • Cooking didnt make us human, mushrooms did. Check out the stoned ape theory

  • stupid.... its the identification of "right" and "wrong" that made us human

  • bbc staff dont give a toss during lunchtime about this question.they just moan at the canteen lady for seconds and stuff their fat faces

  • I watch these, and I'm in America. I watch anything from BBC that I can find on YouTube. :)

  • : P

  • this is the most retarded horison I've seen in my life!!!! How on eatch can heat destroying food makre us brainier!!!! does anyone truely know what really makes us intelligent, and have bigger brains??? funny how the animals with the largest brain to body mass apart from humans are fruit eaters. Hello.

  • @Rawwildwoman, heat does not destroy food, it makes it more easily digestible (because our stomachs "destroy" the food as well, as you might have noticed). For thousands of years mankind has invented better and better techniques to process food - only in the last 50 years or so people came up with these esoteric ideas of everything raw being "more healthy".

Slowly now science is catching up and proving that most "health experts" have been talking nonsense for the last few decades

  • @Rawwildwoman, we're human, we are generalist omnivores at our best, not solely or even largely fruit eaters, though fruit is good. Humans are cookedfoodarians/cookedfoodivores by practical evolution. Go live out in the wild without fire and animals for food. Not gonna happen. Where would would you find suitable wild fruit habitat for humans? Not gonna happen, because we evolved with eating animals and cooking.

  • @ToolsnFire you are a tripper man is a frugivore

  • @TheJUNGLESURFER, tell me your side, even though I've already known it, and lived it, and can look at your perspective, which I've had too, with a clear comprehensive understanding. Btw, I just took a trip a couple weeks ago to Washington, so yes I'm a tripper. Apparently you're rather fruity, and a bit of a nutter, but it doesn't have to be a terminal condition, it can just be a phase. I understand. It's a how 'you' make sense of things for real. 'You' live it.

  • @ToolsnFire man has become weak and thus overpopulates because thats a survival strategy young pubesence, near exclusive grain consumption causes poberty at ten in India..A direction towards fruit consumption is what we need on a global scale buckwheat and hemp will also make a difference . WE CAN GREEN THE PLANET!!!!!! read ben-adamah

  • @TheJUNGLESURFER, look up the word 'nutter'. But anyway, where are the wild habitats where humans can live as you imply?

  • Even fruit are more easily digested when cooked. In fact, most foods are.

    Tomatoes are an exception.

  • @Itachi64s I do

  • world wide eight view yay

  • ffs world wide first view!!!!!
