No. It was a group of 900+ high school students who had been silent for the day. They were "WOOTING" for him because they were excited about him being there. He's actually very shy, so public speaking is difficult to him. We were grateful that he was so supportive of the students that he got past his own "fear" of speaking, and showed up to congratulate them for what they did.
