if you pay attention to some parts when we hear the joker talking.. in this trailer and the last one.. you may tell is some kind of monologue or narration,, maybe at the beggining of the movie

i couldn't disagree more. In the original pitch there were 3 movies and the Joker was main cast in 2+ 3. Aside from that, they've already shown they will recast and keep going. The movies are to good and the cast is to brilliant to mess it up just because one person died. Even if he was the best Clown Prince of Crime EVER.

Well this trailer revealed a lot.

U can clearly see that Rachel Dawes is droped off the building by the Joker. Also this trailer showed one side of Harvey Dent face layed is gasoline.This obviously gives us the impression this is how he transforms into the villanous Two-Face. Also I think Rachel Dawes would be murdered by the Joker by setting explosives in her car.
