i really hate all of the random freezing in the game! like, when yer running to the festivals and out of nowhere, the game just STOPS! now, i know it doesn't stop 4 a long time, but it still stops! and thats pretty dang annoying to me!

@pinkamara you can buy it at soufle farm in the fall or u can grow it in fall but buying it from taylor at taylors seeds during any season by the phone (881) or u can buy the seeds from soufle farm in fall

I just bought a perfect eggplant from Soufle Farm. I bought a box of matches and grilled the eggplant over the fire - Ta-daa~! Grilled eggplant.

They sell the eggplant during the fall. You can grow your own if you want to wait

u can either grow it yourself or you can get it in soufle farm I think... get the seeds off Taylor or from soufle farm altho I think before you can start getting eggplant seeds you have to have spent at least 5000G in their shop (soufle farm) hope this helped even after 1 month =P

Yes, but the sequel to this game is coming out sometime later this year, Harvest Moon: Animal Parade (also on the wii)

so if you were planning to buy this, I'd say just for the sequel. It is a lot better, a large improvement.

Did you get both halves of the quilt from Hamilton? The right and left half? If you haven't, then you cant start making rainbows.

You can play the game for as many years as you want.

To get the other half of the quilt you have to ship a 1,000G worth of items. It can't be made from doing part time jobs. I suggest you start a new file if you're on year 4 and don't have the right half yet.

You have to get their heart level to a certain point and eventually theyll get married and have 1 kid. the kid"s name and gender is already specified and is the same for every game.

You have to get the one of the couple who is the same gender as you and then get them to 2 hearts then experience the event, then 3 hearts to experience that event, then they'll get married 3-5 days later so if u were a boy and u wanted to get chase and maya together, you would raise chase to 2 hearts then go to the bar when their both in there to experience the event, then do the same when u get chase to 3 hearts.

It's 50 hearts you need. Any one persons heart counts towards this, as well as livestock. It's not only for those individuals with 10 solid hearts. Even if for example, Toby has one heart for you, it does count. It would just be easier if you had 5 animals with 10 hearts for you, because thats an easy 5000 points.

1 heart = 100 points

and 10 hearts = 1000 points even if they aren't from the SAME person or animal.

Then you probably had 50 hearts from random villagers and livestock. While the tree is growing, if you ever went and visited it at the Harvest Goddess Spring, it would actually tell you your relations or something of that nature with the villagers. And if you talked to people, they'd all mention about everyone being "friendlier" with eachother.
