I am not sure why so many people think this is a fake. It sounds raw, the recording is understandibly of low quality, and the arrangement isn't as refined as the original. Even the tempo is slower. It sounds like a demo to me! That is clearly Axl singing. I think this is actually an amazing piece of musical history. Sweet Child O' Mine is one of the greatest songs in the history of music. Thanks for posting this great find!

I honestly like this recording a lot more than the original simply because it sounds a lot more raw, and it gives you an idea of what they were thinking before the official recording. Also, watch early live videos of GNR playing this song live, Slash didn't always use an LP.

It may sound a *little* different than axl because the tempo is knocked down and it is a complete semitone down than the studio recording. Plus how the hell can you not tell its axl?
