  • What's the purpose of this chain? It seems pretty specific, so what is it for?

  • @ionFreeman It's a form, as in martial arts. It's all exercise anyway. I like simpler moves but there may be validity in complex forms and hand to hand combat preparation. The subconcious mind should manifest combat combinations easily after forms training.

  • I tried this routine doing 3 X 5. Thats 3 set of 5 reps. 1 rep equal to the 4 movements of the 4-play and did 5 right side and 5 left side for one set. 30 to 60 sec rest between sets. Hear rate is a going to say the least. You guys and gals rock!

  • Try doing this sequence for 20 cycles per hand for a wicked workout! It really forces your brain-body coordination to go to a new level when you're already oxygen depleted. Now a new favorite workout among the gireviks at the Inosanto Academy.
