Thank you Johnzoe777 for posting this song. Call On the One from Bethlehem was written by a talented young lady named Beverly Cunningham from Cleveland Ohio and it was sung by Carol Thomas I was there when she taught the song to the UNAC choir of '78. It won song of the year for a "Song is Born" .

Yep that's Carol alright. That voice is unmistakeable! LOL This song was originally recorded on the UNAC album from 1978 also with Carol on the lead.

This was the first gospel album I brought when I first got saved. I ran out to buy this. A friend of mine introduced me to gospel music. This was so refreshing to me. I now have this on CD. Thanks bor sharing and blessing us with this song.

I can't remember the fist album I bought,but this is one of my favorites.I remember being about 17 years,going south to visit my grandmother on my summer vacation.I bought this album with me while down there.upon leaving I left that album there,so next year when I went back down there,the first thing I did was to see if my album was there,of course someone stole it so I went back out and bought me another one ,I'm so glad I did.These classic for the most part are no where to be found.
