you should teach how to then make the ball appear out of nowhere. that's probably the hardest part of the trick :P

@cdgcatnono But I am a hippie! Well, sort of. I go to a liberal arts school, anyways. I plan to donate it to wigs for kids if I end up cutting it for job reasons. I might be a professor though, so that may never be necessary. Glad you enjoyed the tutorial! =)

@cdgcatnono These newest balls are squosh bean bags from Dube. They're really great, and I highly recommend them - a bit expensive, but they will last you many years.

Let it be known you can only do that by showing that hand empty with waving or something. A magician would call that misdirection.

I like the way you got back out of it with a backcross too which made it "re-appear" out of nowhere basically. I couldn't follow it first time through which is why this trick should always only be shown once!
