Happy New Year. I am hoping that a lot of positive strides continue in 2012! The dry body brushing is really good. I used to have a brush years ago but it got misplaced in a move. Have a wonderful day!
Ooh, might have to try one of those brush thingies! :D
I'm happy to hear about the progress you've all made in the uk.
I found out earlier this year that my body is sufficiently different enough that just changing my diet to incorporate certain foods is enough to actualize the physical changes that are necessary to provide relief for the relatively persistent discomforts I experience as an aspect of my existence.
As for the medical system...Can't touch this! Nah nah nah nah...;D
Mmm love my Zingy brush at bath time, candlelight & chilled tunes. speaking with a few other women from various parts of the uk, what is evident is the difference in "care" from the first gp visit to being referred to a gender clinic team, massive differences in waiting times to get that all important treatment & support.x
Happy 2012!
in 2011 got a hysto, top surgery and an "M" on my birth certificate!
detox tip...raw organic apples and carrots (if juiced add ginger and garlic for an extra boost)
