Small businesses don’t benefit from overvalued to the degree of the Wal-Marts of the world, but the loss of U.S. Jobs and resulting shrinking markets hurt small businesses more. An Inflation-Neutral Balanced Trade System (BTS), inspired by Warren Buffett’s 2003 Import Certificate Plan is introduced at the top of page 4 of the Pdf, which is available at:
First of all, there is no such thing as trade or trade deficit. We are not shipping trees over to China for metals. Corporations or businesses are buying and selling using the currency, not trading. The Government is buying and selling, not trading. It is federal deficit, not trade deficit. There is no ship that docks at the port to unload lumber for shipment of metals.
@heartlessvietboy buying and selling is trading. Yes there is such thing as a trade deficit. US trade deficit to China is 33b(growing)/3b annually. Federal deficit? lol check you facts..
the US has to stop trade protectionism from imposing tariffs and also pressuring the WTO to open up china's markets. Obama has to not give in to pressure by the labout unions and shift the workforce to areas which the US can sustain its advantage, ie value added industries which are not at overcapacity from china
It will be in our lifetime to see China assume competitive advantage in many more areas and overtake the US, unfortunately
It’s the Over-valued U.S. Dollar, Stupid!!!

I would like to see China become the
poor country and the USA be the richest
again. There is no longer middle class
here. Either you are very poor and needy
or very rich.
