the DWG games are ok, I don't really play them unless I'm playing coop. (sor single player Gundam action I do "One Year War" on ps2, Char's Counterattack" on psx, and "Zeta Gundam" on Psx..... and sometimes I do the two sidescrolling SD super famicom games.

Well Amuro is the original and one of the very first pilots in the whole series you would expect him to be good, I play as him everytime.

Well Amuro is like the best pilot. The game version of him and Nu Gundam doesn't do it justice. Amuro in Nu Gundam is pretty fast and versatile, pretty much dumbed down in the game.

I just finished getting 1000 in 3 days on the first one...this one looks like it plays a lot slower than the original.

I heard they nerfed the shit out of Heero's Wing Zero Gundam....

I doubt I'm even gonna bother playing this one. It doesn't look as much fun as the first. More of the same, looks slower and Amuro's Gundam sucks just as hard as it did in the original....blah.

In DWG3 however, you do get voice options.

Amuro's 2nd mission in 0093 is freaking hard because Char is always recovering is insane men!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Use Interim saves as checkpoints so you can just reload wherever you please.

You'll want to be very offensive since he recovers HP faster than you can do shot damage. Just block his strikes until he's open and use Dash combos against him.

It may ACTUALLY be easier to be in the Red Health zone since you can recover SP and spam specials over and over.

Boost AWAY from his funnels, he reappears near you anyway.

And if all that doesn't work, grind the first level until Amuro is overpowered.

The first Char stage takes place in a simple stage with 3x3 territories.

The 2nd stage for both are the same, just opposite sides.

I do hope there's an option to change the audio to Japanese dub then just English dub. Knowing Koei and their habit of dropping the option in the sequels of their games, I'm a little concern. Still, a majority of the original voice actors from the series was in the first DW: Gundam game but you could tell Heero Yui and Millardo Peacecraft were wholly different.

In that version, it had English options.

This version lacks them unless they decide to rerelease it in the future.

The character roster in this one is a little lopsided toward U.C. As much as like 0079 (and I honestly do), I can't think of very many people that would want to play as the Black Tri-Stars or Sleggar Law, but I can think of many people who would love to play as Duo Maxwell or Chibodee Crockett.

In Gundam: Encounters in Space for the PS2, if you play through the main storyline, the game ends with that one-on-one fight. THAT YOU CAN PLAY.
