  • I saw 4pc. Blue LED Interior Under-dash Lighting Kit on amazon.com, and I'm thinking about buying those...

Do you know anything about how to install them? do i have to do like you did? I'm new at this and i was wondering if i need a professional to install it.

  • hi there did you add any fuse? or transformer?

    how many volt isyour neon?

  • Ok so look i have been on youtube for probably 4 hours trying to find a way to install leds. This was the best, just some questions to add. I am getting a Scion tC soon and i wanna know how i can put neon under my car and have it work and all, it is illegal in my state but its just for when im at friends houses. I dont wanna be crazy but think you can help with that?

  • if i dont have a remote like you did how do i turn them off?

  • @biggnn89 well when you buy your neons they SHOULD come with a remote.

  • I'm talking about POV lights for volunteer firefighters when I say led's on the outside of my car

  • I"m new to all this. if I want to install led lights to the outside of my car I don't need to go through the firewall, obviously, but then how would I configure the lighting patterns or even how to turn them on/off?

  • u can just go to pep boys and get an add-a-fuse and hook it up to the fuse box next to the steering wheel...this way u wont have to mess with coming through the fire wall.

  • I know but the majority of my customers find it easier to tackle the firewall. The idea of messing with the electrical system isn't for everyone. So this is the simplest solution for them. I do thank you for the tip though.

  • yea thats true...just the thought of having to get into the fuse box and modify sends chills down some peoples spines!! either way good vid...very detailed!

  • so u just hook it up to the negative of the battery and ground it?

  • Yes you would hook it to the positive and the negative. Its that easy!

Also just so you know. The Negative is the Ground.

  • thanks for the help

  • Anytime!
