@trojanguy85 They are doing demo tracks to send to there producers who will pick which versions of which songs are most radio friendly then they will balance out popularity with which songs they like. If this album is made with lilly white I will cry out of enjoyment. This summer is supposed to be their mega tour because the caravan wasn't really a tour so this summer is going to be a big deal. To answer your question most simply, In about a month they will probably be in the studio

I don't think it was all live... I know dave was live but I don't think the others brought in were playing live. Dave clearly is asking for more volume at 1:06-1:09 looks over and up.. that is his signal to bump it up. Everyone else looked to be playing to a recording.

@grouperkng I really hope that isnt true because that defeats everything that DMB is. I know i'm sure they wanted a perfect sound for the grammys or the acoustics would be bad in that venue but if they are playing off a recording that would sadden me deeply as a real dave fan.

I KNOW Dave was singing and playing, no doubt about it. Watch the time frame that I orginally posted and he looks to his sound guys and up like he is rolling his eyes. He does that when he needs something. I don't know what it is more cowbell, more volume in his ear, more mic ect.. I think the only recorded was everyone they brought in on the stands horns and strings.
Dude - really don't know what you are talking about with the comment that when he "looks over and up" it's to signal sound to do something. Think what you want, but anyone who sees Dave live knows his face contorts strangely at any given moment. I suppose the fact that he rolls his head around at the end of the song was signaling that sound wrap it up b/c the song was about over... and amazingly that's what happens. Good thing he rolled his head around to let them know! Whatever.
@zjgreen0 watch him live a few more times you will see it. Sure his face contorts and he gets crazy when he plays. But if you watch very closely more videos you will see him make eye contact with his sound guy and look up and back at him or he will roll his eyes up and look up. I don't know if its his ear piece that needs to go up or he wants his voice up, guitar up ect.. You will see it if you look. I have been to countless shows front row or second row. Happens all the time.
@ChocolatePerson16 lol you really never heard of them? they've been around for 20 years now. they have over 150 songs in their arsenal to play. if you ever get a chance to see them live this summer take it even if its just 1 night, it'll be worth the 40 dollars to get lawn seats. they put on a CONCERT not a show. also grab one of their live traxs i suggest 19 its really good to start off.

I had never really listened to a DMB song until I watched this performance. I have NEVER seen so much positive energy! Everyone on stage looked like they thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and I enjoyed watching them. Real music always shines through!

@aliensarereal22 The point is, before google bought out Youtube, there were no ads. Youtube was nonprofit and didn't put ads everywhere for the sake of making money. Youtube was operational for years without any ads. There were no fees, there weren't channels like Vevo that had more importance than the individual's channel because they we're paying for it. Google ruined youtube, and they are "greedy corporate asses". So shut the fuck up and stop the copy pasta newfag.
