@ChenTaichi72: Thank you very much, but I still consider myself as a beginner. I have indeed been to wudang for a couple of years now. I'm practicing with Dragongate Kungfu Master Wang Xing Qing at his Chuanzhen Wushu School at the bottom of the mountain area.

Use the will to lead the chi, the chi to lead the whole body. If one leads with the body, the chi will not flow properly :)

This is off topic, but...

I've spent MONTHS trying to find how to tie that hair knot. And now I discover these videos, and it seems a LOT of the wudang folk have them (in the videos). Does anyone know an internet source where I can find out how to make that top-knot? My long hair and I wouold be very appreciative :)

This is harmonius, fluid, peaceful and does not dosplay violence. So this in accord with Daoism. Perhaps, I have red the dao de jing a hundred times, it's for me a reference. To know how something or someone relates to daoism,just see if it's in accordance with the Dao De Jing.

The previous video "Wudang - Training Session - Chong Long" does not comply with Daoism because of the destructiv beat of the music.

you need to study the idea of water a little further my friend. There is violence in the world and it IS in accord with the Tao, since all things are the Tao how can anything not be in accord with the Tao?

yes, i understand ur meaning my friend. We say; violence is something in the EYES of one person who cant SEE the peace. PEACE is upon the whole universe, but its up to US to c it or c some violence... the violence in our eyes is maybe the peace in DAO eyes. however as long as WE r HURT(not upon pain), we should take care to keep the peace and delete the violence in our selfes.
