Dont buy a 9600.. it's not worth it. Why don't you buy a 8800gt? It is faster than a 9600 and the price is almost the same. Or you have to wait for 9800gtx but I think you know what you have to pay for it.

Even with two gtx ultra's, quadcore and ddr3 memory crysis can't be played with all settings on max.

fps @ crysis with a8800gtx s much higher than 9600.. ultra is even higher. 8800gt is also better than 9600gt... look at tom's hardware etc.
