  • im 150lbs and do 207 lbs for 7 reps so this is really good i think and the form wasnt too bad! i would have elbows abit wider and instead of pushing your elbows back push them down.

  • not bad form but if you want to increase weight gain as quick as possible, control the weight on the downward motion to hold tension, as in go slower, plus the better you do that the more you will save on your knees. excellent job nontheless, coming from myself (18 by the way) who reps that out by twenty haha stay strong bruddha!

Your depth looked good, the only things I could say is force your knees out and point your toes outward a little more. You can see your knees role in on your way up so just focus on keeping your weight on your heels. You want to have all of your push from your hamstrings and butt, not on your quads. How often do you lift? Are you taking any supplements? Do you do any other exercises that help with squat (I do squat thrusts sometimes which i find can help)?
