PathToAscention: I have been fascinated with the pineal gland for quite sometime now. I thought it was the most fascinating organ in the body when I studied the body for school, and I read a book by Mark Booth that talked about it alot. But how do I activate it? I have just recently started meditating but how do i breakthrough the barriers? and do drugs like marijuana or hallucinogens help? O and I personally believe that dreams would help. @Delisle4 Hi, well it is funny, but when we hear a truth that goes against our core programming (conditioning) that our soul knows to be right, but our human ego/self has been conditioned otherwise, we usually get angry and or frustrated. If you hear a nonsense, like the Sun is lime green, you do not get upset, even though the statement is incorrect - that is because both your soul and ego are in agreeance. As pesticide, it's absorbed by crops, so we're being over fluoridated by many times the government's own guidelines. Fluoride is not approved by the FDA for human consumption. No water filtration process can remove sodium fluoride (RAT POISON) from water. The fluroine molecule has only one atom more than water. It evaporates at essentially the same temperature as water. Hence, even distillation only removes about 20% of fluoride from water. Only long term geological processes can remove fluoride from water.

@stopdemockery Berkey makes a water filter that gets the fluorine. Then there is water distillation, more energy intensive, but it works. Then run the distilled water through the Berkey. Showering though still is the weak point. The skin and lungs are like sponges. I supplement with iodine, 125 mg a day, using Lugol's iodine and Iodoral. This herds out the fluorine and mercury and other assorted heavy metals and bromine and perchlorate. This has given me energy and lowered brain fog.
