I've got the GShock, 3 Luminox, and 2 Pathfinders but end up with the Luminox yellow Colormark on my arm 24/7. I hardly know it's there, but the real kicker for me is; my vision isn't what it used to be and this is the ONLY watch that I can read day or night without glasses. Also, neither the GShock nor the Pathfinder are visible at night. Thanks for the vid...I just ordered this watch and suspect it will be my new buddy.
I have a luminox, what runs now for 7 years with no problem. chged the bat only once. I always, ALWAYS, wear it. never ever skipped a second =). In short: happy with it.
I have one of these and love it, but the original band was garbage. I ripped the pins out of it in under a month. I got a tougher one just like yours online and have had great luck with it since then
$200 bucks for a watch that has managed to go around for a whole year? I paid $90 for a G-Shock that has kept nuclear perfect time for nine years, and it also never runs out of batteries (being solar powered). For $200 I'd expect some serious functionality (Altimeter, barometer, compass, alarms, stopwatch, and so on).
Love your channel, I'm glad that you like the watch, but 200 bucks to go around in circles? Really? I just don't get it. I'll stick to Casio.
@032125 Haha.. I have a Pathfinder that I really like too, but sometimes I just want something that spins around and tells time, you know? I like the simplicity of a simple time piece as well.
Man I love my luminox 3000 series. Light, accurate as hell, and tough. The only thing I had to do was change the rubber straps cause the were starting to crack. I wear this every day at work. Put a very light weight metal band on it, and man it just keeps goin!! Almost 3 yrs now. Love it! My $1500 Tag sits in drawer lol
@thestubby0032 Yeah, they seem to hold up really nice ove time. The strap on this one seems to be holding up nicely so far. I like the overall design pretty well. Thanks formstopping by Stubby.. Hope all is well my friend.
man i bet that was alot of weight leaning up against that car...lol just messin with ya.. its lookin good man, if you told me it was a week old i would have believed you..
@lskw1 Hey man, I'm not the one who needed to get reinforced concrete columns to support my toilet just so I can sit down and lay some cable! Plus, as an old timer, I shouldn't be chastized for battling with some tender, yet stubborn belly fat!! Hahaha...
I have this model but in OD green. I had a previous Luminox but lets just say it was abused and its glass "popped out" haha. My father has the same one I had before and has had it for about 8-9 years. Still works, tritium is glowing still.
@noBuzzkillin i received that comp range bag in mail the other day from Midway usa.. and i love it.. Nice and well made bag. alot bigger than i thought it was but very nice..
@ArtisanTony Yes, me too! I got one of those several months ago, but I don't wear it every day. I'd like to do a vid on it at some point after a little more time. One thing that drive me crazy on the PF is how quickly the light goes off, even set at its longest setting of 3 seconds.. drives me NUTS at night.
@NeoNSPETSNAZ Im positive Suunto's are used by our troops i.e. the CORE part in the Suunto Core is in honor of our troops not sure on any other brands but if noBuzzkillin says its good I would trust it he will always give a very honest assessment

how durable are these watches? can you really dive with them?
nynoname1 3 months ago
@nynoname1 Its a good watch. If you want ULTRA durable, get a casio or something else with no moving parts.
