i have 2 of these trucks one is a 1982 crew cab dually with a 454 with a 4spd the engine was rebuilt a long time ago by my dad its been sittting in my barn for 5 years it has a rod knock my dad owns a boat transportation and he started with this truck ha it has 16 leaf springs on each side he used to haul 50ft house boats with it going past semis and i have a 1988 crew cab dually with a tbi 454 its a hoss also it has 130,000 miles you have a nice dually

An intake valve is nowhere near as hot as an exhaust valve as it is cooled by the fuel and "cold air all day long", pull a head and look at the valves and you will notice the exhaust valve acually gets hot enough to burn off soot

I rated you at 3 starts man, but that's because I was mostly rating the burnout. I will give you this... you have the best "dually" burnout on youtube for GAS ENGINES. However, the burnout still wasn't that great and here is why. It was mostly covered up by the bad ass sound of a 454 with open headers - also it wasn't a posi burnout. Only had one side goin' man. I will make a video of mine and respond to yours (all stock 2000 Chevy k3500 dually 454 vortec - POSI) give me about a week or so.

To be honest dude, I totally forgot about that. LOL. But after reading your reply, reminding me, I took immediate action! LOL. I went straight outta town with my truck and camera. Keep in mind my buddy ain't the best camera dude, I told him to mainly focus on seeing "both" wheels turning. This truck only has stock exhaust for now, but it's got the Eaton G80 locking differential. Do a youtube search for it "eaton g80" if you not familiar..... I will post the video tomorrow....enjoy.
