Poor Gerald... It looks oddly familiar, though. I'm sure Mark was glad it wasn't him this time! I wish I could have been there to these wonderful men!
There isn't a concert video, but Currington Promotions sponsors these concerts in various cities in the Southeast. Check their website for details. I know there's a concert this Saturday in Birmingham, AL.
I love seeing this! I grew up in the 80s listening to the Cathedrals and it's cool to see old members doing stuff together! Gerald Wolfe has an amazing range! I never heard him sing bass before!
As I recall, I heard Gerald do his bass for the first time after George was sidelined because of his heart trouble in 1987. He caught me offguard on that, but, I was impressed with his range.
man i love this video...danny did that same thing to mark on the i've just started living video of the cathedrals except he sneezed in his face lol..danny is great on this song
I'll bet you're one of the L5 names on the SN forums! I have a couple of choices, and I sure hate to make the wrong one!!!! Glad you enjoyed the video!
Glen Payne and George Younce would be so proud! Man, Danny's still got it and at 1:22, that's hilarious! And I didn't realize Gerald could go that low!
I didn't realize Gerald could go that low! WOW! That was awesome! Thanks for posting! Brings back some good memories to a lot I'm sure, (I'm just 16, so not necessarily for me though), but I still love it!
Sure not the Cats though.

Who is singing Lead?
Jake87863 1 year ago
@Jake87863 I'm pretty sure it was Scott Fowler, with Mark Trammell on baritone, Danny on tenor, and Gerald on the bass part!

I saw a similar show this year with this grouping. They were great!
Gerald actually sang base in the Cathedrals when George was out with his heart attack- the only time anyone besides George sang bass.
