this a really bad idea. You just bypassed your air mass flow sensor which provides vital data to your ECU computer. You effectively disabled your cars ability to adjust mixture ratios based on atmospheric pressure (altitude) variance. Your car wont pass the next smog test and it'll probable run like shit. o dear what a mess.

All you have done is fit a paper filter with TAPE!!!!!!! to a car, it is not clever, probably leaks letting in dirty air, is probably actualy less flowing than your factory standard filter and the "sound" is ok at best, you need to scrape the barrel a bit better, dig out a bit more money for a proper air filter, or fit your standard one back

Better make sure there is no air leak or you'll get what we pro's call "dusting" in your engine. Meaning to much dust in your engine will destroy the rings over a short period of time.
