Your all leaning too far forward. The bars too high! Lower the bar, lean back into the squat!! In my vids I'm not going to depth but I'm keeping my body straight to avoid back pains!
Shins should remain vertical and avoid knees going over toes to prevent shear stress on back and knees. Most of them are driving with their legs instead of with their hips like they should be. Look into box squatting for perfecting form.
No reason to guess on depth anymore. Do a quick utube search for SquatPrecision. This device measures precise depth below parallel, regardless of the federation you lift in. This device will develop mind and muscle memory in regards to proper depth by giving you a Beep when you have achieved proper depth. You can see by googling SquatPrecision, or doing a utube search.
Thanks for the comments! The guys have been making good progress, but it's great to have some outside input.
We've been working a lot in improving flexibility for the guys you mentioned who were not going deep enough, as it the main issue for them getting low enough with good form.
Good call on the dip too. I'll make sure they're aware of it.

Check out 27whitelights as the gold standard for squat form.

Barzan - Camera angle too high, but looked good.
David - Ditto Terrence. If those were gloves and you want to compete - get rid of them. Get rid of them anyway. Chicks think callouses are sexy.
Akram - best of the bunch, so far.
Vit - move over Akram. Best of the bunch. Get a powerlifting belt and put more weight on the bar!

Alex - Insufficient depth. Work depth with less weight.
Victor - Looks like you are real close. Make sure to "dip" a tiny bit to seal the deal.
Sunny - Same as Victor.
Ben - Same as Victor, but looks like your stand may be on the wide side. Also work depth with less weight.
Terrence - good job. Most hit depth.

On the dip - right when you think you are at the bottom, add a little "bounce" downward. Helps make sure you break parallel.
