  • what kind of water lily is that? did yours out grow the tank?

  • cool apogeton and lillies are the easier to keep check out mine

  • how long did they take to sprout

  • @jmacsnakelover Little over a week

  • can you make a video on how to clean that tank

  • can u mix turtles and beta fishes in the same tank?

  • @jmjrjw The turtles will eventually eat the fish.

  • did you say oxygen for the plants? lol.

  • he is lovely and all of his tanks have been a nice size, have you thought on getting him a few friends?

  • Wait is it true that Betta fish need good water flow? And any filters that you don't recommend in getting?

  • @BigBruiser76 Im not really sure about the water flow thing. Their natural habitat is still water like small ponds and such so not sure. I wouldnt get a really powerful filter.

  • just like in his natural habitat

  • Out standing tank for a Betta! Pat yourself on the back for that. I hope you keep him in it by himself because he'll be much more healthy if you do and will likely live longer. I wish every betta could have their own 10 gal. tank.

  • you should get snails.

  • Great looking tank. Those live plants are doing very well for only a couple months of growth. Is the decoration with the fake plants attached to it a real piece of driftwood or is that fake? Either way you could even try cutting off the fake plants and attaching some real low light plants like Java Moss or Java Fern. Attach them with fishing line or cotton thread until they get settled. It works surprisingly well.

That also looks like a great filter for a Betta. Not a lot of current :) good job

  • @AquaStudent No it is not real driftwood just ceramic. I have some real driftwood tho. That sould really cool. Thanks for the tip.

  • i wanna make a 5 gal planted japanese themed betta tank with bamboo and a moss rock :P

  • @reptileuniverse That sounds awesome. You should do it! id love to see it

  • nice, you should also upgrade your turtles, they're getting BIG.

  • Awesome! are you going to add anything else?

  • @imabadspeler Not sure what is compatible with my beta fish. I had two snails but they mysteriously died :( Not sure if Fernando had something to do with it or not lol. I would like to add some more stuff

  • oh and the water conditioner dont use it just let your water with out like a 1 befor cuz the conditioner make your fish slow and weak and lazy and soon will die so let your water be out a 1 befor so u dont have to water conditioner the one for the plants its kool keep useing that and really nice tank

  • he needs some ladys he going to get lazy and bored like that tank get some CT FEMALESA Athay might breed and have betta babys

  • Comment removed

  • tank looks really good and live plants are nice as long as they stay alive lol have you thought of getting fernando any tank mates like some neons or something?

  • @emostars71 Are neons compatible with betas? Thanks :)
