  • Been watching a few of your videos and is refreshing to hear you speak. Thanks for sharing so much.

I agree with what you say in another video about exercise.I have to get back into it,my problem is I love it so much that I find it hard not to overdo it and when I do I pay for it afterwards.

    You are helping people understand,thanks.

  • I can help. Look me up! You can kill this parasite that is a trinchella larvae, that settles inside the muscle. My mom has this, so I got the book The cure for all diseases. I got this to help her and others that are here on Gaia. It's from chemtrails the Air we breathe! Look me up on facebook Aprile Plummer. Became an Author this year. Based on spirituality! We're all one & awakening as one!! Namaste!

  • Hi diana thank you so much for sharing this with other people my sister find out that she has fibromyalgia 2 weeks ago and she is been in pain a lot :( i just told her about the microwave heat pack she got very happy!! thank you so much and my best wishes for all of you going through fibromyalgia

  • hi i have made a microwave heat pack with rice after watching this video, it's great so thank you! :)

  • So glad the rice pack is helping! Sometimes I use two or three at once. If I'm sitting in a comfortable chair, like a recliner, I'll use one on the back of my head, for a headache. And another one or two on my back, neck and shoulder spasms. Those are always my big trouble spots. Using the rice packs helps me reduce pain and muscle spasms without having to take any painkillers. I can usually stretch my muscles out afterwards because the heat loosens them up. - Diana

  • When I was little I used to play with Black Widows (I lived in Garden Grove, CA and there were a LOT) and there was even once when one of their eggsacs opened in my hand and I was covered in black widow spiders (which actually looked somewhat clear, they came out way too early because I disturbed the nest) but I was never bitten.

Those things are... as strange as this will sound... friendly.

  • Hi MutePresence- Doesn't sound strange to me, at all. This spider was very non-aggressive, the entire time we had her in my son's little "Critter Keeper" container-- that is why we could not possibly consider killing her. It seemed so wrong. Both the males, and the young Black Widows are not dangerous. I believe the males can bite, but do not have venom. The babies can not do anything. The females can bite without releasing venom, if they choose. (my son loves books about spiders.)-D.

  • Anyway, without the pain meds, I'm not so sure I could say that. I know how it feels to deny one needs them, but the pain got so unrelenting that I could barely function. I hope you are able to continue on without them, but really, it isn't as bad as I imagined. I can go for days without, and not 'withdraw', so I'm hoping for the best. So sorry about the spider bite, that was ALL you needed. Keep on inspiring us. (I'm 'fogged' today too!)

  • I'm now 64, and have been suffering with fibro, well it SEEMS like forever. I had it before they knew what it was. I 'came down' with 'something' right after my daughter was born. Anyway, not enough time or space to tell my story, but I needed to say that a few years ago I 'gave up' and now take pain meds. They do help, to a degree. I was beyond enduring any more. I really haven't noticed a change in my body's reaction to pain. There just came 'that' day, and now...? (I'm still alive)

  • Thanks so much for all the support, Eric! It is kind of frustrating not having much use of my right arm right now. I've got boxes I want to load in shed, because I'm cleaning my son's room. Can't pick them up, 'cause no range of motion. Yesterday, I wanted to vaccum/mop, but found it awkward to do one-handed. I'm just trying to get through my "To Do" list. Frustrating! (nashing teeth) Still hoping it's something that can be popped backinto place. Nagging suspicion life is not that simple.-D.

  • Hi Diana

If you have been researching frozen shoulder you probaby foound out that they dont know what causes it or really how to treat it. It affects woman more than men (lucky me) sometimes a shot of steriods helps some people but once it freezes up it usually has to be cut or broken lose so keep it moving.

their are actually some pretty good exercises here on youtube for it if (BIG IF) you can do them. I wish you all the luck in the world.

    take care.

    Eric

  • Hey Eric- I need to do an update video. I found out what all that weird shoulder stuff was all about... spider bite. Weird , huh? I was bit by a Black Widow. Black Widows secrete a neurotoxin that affects the central nervous system. There is an anti-venom, but unless you are under 16, very old, or have an impaired immune system, it is not recommended you take it. Healthy adults will fight off symptoms on their own. Symptoms will be gone within 30 days, with first week being worst.

  • Wow Diana

Thats a trip I wish I could say I fall into that category but my symptoms have been going on about 3 months and are a repeat of my other shoulder. I went last week and got x-rays and a steroid shot. The shot was useless and the x-rays showed a torn labrum (also called a slap tear) I guess I should say your lucky its a spider bite as odd as that sounds lol. Im glad you got to the bottom of it. So are all your symptoms gone now? are Black Widows common there?

    Take care

    Eric

  • Black Widows are common here in CA, but actual bites are rare. Widows are non-aggresive spiders and go out of their way to avoid people. They only bite if you accidentally brush up against their web, or have direct skin-to-skin contact. (Skin to spider?) In this case, our laundry room is in our garage. The spider crawled into my t-shirt. I was VERY relieved to find it was a spider bite. It was VERY painful at first--worse than a broken bone, (I've broken several.) But, it does goes away. -D.

  • there it is sorry my comments are all messed up

  • No problem, Eric. Always great to hear from you. YouTube has some odd quirks. I've been reading shoulders stuff all week. Frozen shoulder sounds frustrating. I'm really hoping this is something simple. Maybe I just did something stupid... like maybe I worked out the wrong way at the gym, displacing my shoulder, and maybe doc can simply pop it back in? hopefully so. Seeing doc on Friday.

  • Hey Diana

Isnt Life Grand? Im 48 your 44 and we are falling apart for no apparent reason. I can relate to shoulder pain. As if 5 back surgerys wasnt enough. About a year and a half ago I got frozen shoulder in my right

shoulder. I couldnt even brush my hair with that arm I couldnt reach above my head. After a year like that I had surgery on it. Its much better but will never be the same. And now as my strange deterioration continues now my left shoulder is freezing up.

  • Hey Diana

The 1st part of my comment keeps disapearing

  • Continued..

I meant to say wish I knew but that was exactly 500 characters. Lol Fibromyalgia seems to make you feel twice your age. Well Im done complaining. I hope you feel better. Its starting to get colder here in Ky. I hate the cold makes every thing hurt more. Im still complaining now Im done. Im glad your back on the air. Take care

    Eric
