I cant hear anything, the sound is crap. I just wanted to say that if people had an intelligent upbringing, nobody whould be for death penalty. People whould say "There must be many other ways of solving problems other then killing people".
@ztawiz no..ppl are for DP because i dont think the victims parents, friends, wives, husbands etc need to know that the murderur of those victimes needs to spend some time in a box knowing he killed them and possibly walk the earth again while the victim is burried underneath it...rehabilitation? give me a break i saw videos in criminal justice classes on these ppl in maximum prisons..they love what they do and dont care...they deserve NO life and MUCH death..sounds horrible but its gata be done
@burgersforreal So you kill them to make the relatives feel better? Thats just as brutal as the crime itself. Whats the purpose to put up laws and commandments "Thou shall not kill", then go ahead and kille anyone if you feel like you deserve to do it.
It is compassion rather then the principle of justice that will guard us from being unjust to our fellow men.

Christianity does not have patent on not wanting to kill people, so dont call it a christian value. What bothers me is that you claim the right to decide who lives and who dies, not based on the betterment of mankind but based on your own value-system. Your not trying to help anyone, your trying to satisfy your feelings of hatred and revenge.

@burgersforreal Where do you get your statistics? DP doesnt prevent murders. There are studies that show the opposite. Robbers and rapists kill their victims becouse of the DP. Even if it did prevent muders I dont think you can justify killing people by refering to your personal valuesystem. Wether its right or wrong to kill muderes is a question of values, so theres no point in discussing it.
