Hey, it was an experience. We were overwhelmed and didn't have time to second-guess our creations, we just had to run with it. Keep in mind that this whole thing was made in one day. We all came from different musical backgrounds & tastes, so sorry if we didn't capitalize on the pseudo indie scene of Yukon. I believe I can speak for all of the participants and say that we are proud of our creation. If you don't like it, simply don't watch it.

Yukon has some of the highest test scores in oklahoma. True our school does like media attention but that doesn't mean that our academic scores are lacking. Yukon school administrators need to spend more time improving low test scores, and less time with athletics, and crap like this. With all due respect, my name is Nathan Schatzer, I'm one of the students that got to spend the day on that bus, the one in purple for your reference. The day on the bus had a lot to do with an education, not with books, but a musical education, for kids who have always wanted to get into a studio, but never could. It didn't cost a dime to get the bus out to Yukon at all, and Yukon's test scores are some of the highest in the metro area. It was definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity.

@YukonParent If our scores aren't poor then why do we need to improve them? Even the laziest of our students are leaps and bounds better than most others in other schools. We as a student body work our asses off most of the time and every now and then something amazing like this gets presented to us. We see it as a reward. And if your so worried for your kids how about you quit pestering these guys and actually be a parent for once. In the famous words of nathan schatzer "quit your bitchin"

Pharmacists ,Electritions,Paramedics,Firefighters. from my graduating class And they all came from these Idiots and made good test scores..maybe. College is tough(not that you would know) they cant have thier hand held the whole time
