The house is very nice and luxurious, BUT lags my game til it freezes and my comp is very mid range with good graphics card and ram so deciding to try the no CC version

Cool house! It looks really good. It is also not at all difficult to assemble (My houses always look like this:! D) You really need no expansion packs, you get the point, too. I've always used 30 minutes to 1 hour to assemble an even larger house. Regardless, it's still good.
