Fact: 5 ton vehicle vs a biker. Biker loses. I don't care if you have a gun or not. I've hit a biker in the safeway parking lot with my hummer. haha, he deserved it. That could have been an innocent bad driver. If he kept his wheels on the ground he'd been able to stop faster. The only reason that the bike didn't tear through the car was because it hit the axle. If he hit the passenger door that cop would probably be dead.

Just traffic violation ticket(s) would be sufficient, not the death penaltiy. The cop seemed to lose his cool and objectivety. He made a rash decision to use his car as a barrier to pull up that "naughty", speeding biker. Next, he may have used a baseball bat on your grandma for jay walking.

Fact: 5 ton vehicle vs a biker. Biker loses. I don't care if you have a gun or not. I've hit a biker in the safeway parking lot with my hummer. His fault for peeling out into my wheel in a blind spot. The biker skid out of the other side of the car from underneath me. I completely over rode his bike with my car and crushed the fuel tank. The only reason I stopped? His motorcycle helmet hit my metal skid plates making a 'ding sound.'
