@TheMilanMiki I know this is an old post, but I figured I'd answer just to try and help. Some of the stats for certain guns were changed in the PS2 and PC versions. Only the Gamecube/Wii versions have the firing speed of the Semi-auto rifle at .40. Even the newest version released on the Xbox 360 and PS3 has the firing speed at .80 since it was a port of the PC version, which was actually a port of the PS2 version.

@dJgRuMo play with rifle, tmp and striker only. dont upgrade any weapon besides them and dont buy tmp's exclusive, it's 100.000pts. complete all minigames, kill most bosses with knife(i can kill el gigante, dr.salvador, bella sisters, chief mendez, garrador, u3, and krauser with only knife), avoid buying unnecessary weapons or tunes, sell extra bullets and health, all grenades(i dont use any), kill every living thing and basicly dont die in the process; and have 2millions at the end. it's easy.

@dJgRuMo i forgot to tell an exception for grenades: after mendez's legs aparts from his body, his upper part moves so fast that i can't use knife, but three incendiary grenades finishes him off. and for armaduras, after their heads blow and plagas appear, use two flash grenades, one for the first three, other for the 2nd three. except these 5, sell all other grenades. considering the prices of them, using bullets instead is much more economic.

Best main weapons to use are Blacktail, Broken butterfly, Normal rifle(Not the semi-auto), and the striker all fully upgraded with exclusives rest of the normal guns are complete shit. Then once you unlock the Chicago typewriter and Infinite rocket launcher then that's the only 2 weapons you need in the game lol , just pick up and sell everything else you get throughout the game.
