Sorry, clearly CGI. Frame rate of video is off in parts. Deer's shadow doesn't come close to matching depth and angle of everything else in video. You can calculate speed based on frames per second (download into Quicktime): deer only moves across the road at 10-12 MPH (should be 20-30), yet moves SIDEWAYS at 35-40 MPH (deer stays even with bike it "jumps" for 2 seconds, during which bike would have moved about 100 feet down the road). It's CGI and not even particularly advanced CGI at that.

It's fake. Yes, deer do jump out in the road all the time, but that doesn't mean this video is real. It's a mediocre computer-edited fake. Whoever edited it did a credible job for an amateur, but it doesn't hold up to scrutiny. I've exported this video to individual image frames and marked where the deer is in each frame. Once he gets out in the road, he moves in the same plane as the bike he's jumping rather than moving directly across the road. IOW, the deer is moving sideways. Fake.
