  • This machine makes my legs go huge and gives me sores on my feet. Not good.

  • Cross trainers are my favourite to use at the gym. I just need to get one for my home now. I have noticed a huge difference in my legs already. :)

  • does this work off di belly as well

  • i love using croess trainer more then trademill

  • how long should ten km take on 3 res?

It took me 25 minutes and i burned 200 calories, i get the feeling somethings gone wrong

  • can't believe i do this 6 hours a week.. lol

  • i'm not unhealthy or anything but when i tried one of these today i just couldn't gain much speed :/ the people next to me were going waaaaay faster than me and i was trying to make the machine go faster but it just wasn't working, in the end i got frustrated and just ran on the tredmills instead :/ how do you make them go faster?

  • @NJacquemain Generally the lower the resistance level the faster you can go. The higher the level, the more resistance there will be and the harder you have to work. Dont worry what everyone else is doing though, just work at your own pace x

  • my favourite machine at my gym. did 45 mins today. a personal record

  • @tubestick00 crikey that good!! I, at the moment can only do 10 mins i want to up it though

  • yeah, i dont think ten is enough. you have to be dripping in sweat by half way, or your not achieving anything. thats what i reckon anyway

  • @tubestick00 true . I sweat a little bit i need to up it !! I mean, i do pushbike 30 miles a week too but I want to up it on my crostrainer

  • I love his crosstrainer. What brand/model is it?

  • I love his crosstrainer. What brand/model is it?

  • yesterday i put my towel under the screen but it felt under those things where you stand on. Lucky it didn't got stuck

  • Do you train your Condition with this?

  • ive got a question ;) i do 40 mins of crosstraining + 20 mins of a bike everyday. Is it good? somebody told me that it's not good because my muscles are getting used to it and i stop losing weight :( same with sit ups - i do 200 everyday. What do you think ?

  • @pati190 well its not bad but try to do also muscle training. Cause if you only do those things your skin is going to hang. And your muscles need their on training moves

  • i only exercise 20 mins....is it ok? i lost weight anyway...

  • is the Cross trainer the same thing as the Elliptical trainer?

  • Yes it is :)

  • Its windy outside!

  • I love the crosstrainer! But my toes go numb also!

  • @tinkerbell471 why is that?

    are you barefoot on it?

  • @tinkerbell471 take off ur shoes ..then start workout.

  • @tinkerbell471 change shoes. I had the same issue when wearing jogging shoes and work out with flipflops now.

  • can cross trainers help you lose stubborn fat?

  • Numb toes is normal, I get that, and my health is fine. Numb toes occur because your feet are not moving and you're pressing on them with each movement of the machine. Try doing 5 minutes, then have a minute rest, then do another 5 minutes and so on. Solution! No more numb toes!

  • i get numb toes too - cardivascular i dont think so - i think its just because the balls of our feet and toes are stationary. Some people dont get this. I am quite heavy though, maybe it has somethign to do with it??

  • Whoa, I exercise about 40 minutes on the crosstrainer and I haven't experienced that, hmm... interesting... But the explanations given seem pretty true and safe :)

  • Thank you for this! Just bought a cross trainer, it´s a pretty good thing ;-).

  • I heard that the cross trainer is a more efficient cardiovascualar exercise than the excercise bike, treadmill and step machine. Is this true? I use the cross trainer frequently because I am recovering from a knee injury so need to minimise impact on my joints.

  • on the cross trainer my toes go numb after 10mins no matter what trainers i wear. why is this.

  • if your toes go numb on a cross trainer maybe its from lack of blood circulating i don't know see a doctor or something whenever i run a lot i cant breath so well and i go weird

  • Numb toes is a sign of vitamin B12 deficiency. Take a multi B-vitamin and get a blood test!

  • And if you're vegan, up the marmite dosage!

  • @ces96 I think u should see a Dr... cuz I do cross training with my daily use sneakers for 50 min and I dont get numb toes .... If u already did just ignore me xD
