SPOILER FROM AC R STORY DLC DONT READ IF U WANT SUPRISES Vidic & Lucy planned everything : the escape in ac 2 and vidics return at the end to get the tapes of ezios memorys also if lucy wasn't killed by desmond/juno she would have taken the apple and return 2 abstergo. Vidic told her if desmond wasn't making good progess then take him to the hideout in ac 2 (Shaun + Rebecca unaware). Lucy was acting this whole time and come on the breakout in ac2 was to easy.

I know why Minerva made Desmond kill "Lucy" If you notice when you leave the hideout and turn on eagle vision you can see a red path. Lucy was on break and she was ambushed by Templars and sent a FAKE lucy to fill her part! and if you notice when Minerva says "it is done. The way lies all before you ONLY SHE REMAINS TO BE FOUND (LUCY). Awaken the sixth. Go. alone!" Thumbs up so every 1 can see

@Lane0499 Duh, Lucy was a Templar. When Desmond asks if "anyone else heard that" Lucy response indicates that she didn't hear it, but if she was in fact an Assassin she'd have Eagle Vision thereby allowing her to hear Juno just fine.

At the end, Shaun mentioned that a Phrygian Cap and a Masonic Eye came together at one place. It is actually on the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen of France, which was approved in 1789 at the end of the revolution. Coincidentally, 89-17=72. And the no. 72 features heavily in AC. Also, the Da Vinci Dissapearence coordinates lead to Lake "Bonaparte" in NY. All evidence leads to AC3 being set in Revolutionary France...

You know what i think. that All of this game is being viewed by Desmond's son by an Animus, and Revelations is just the last game with Ezio and they will assassin's creed 3 afterwards. about Desmond's Son. ok so there are three last "Befores" (the "goddess" from the second brotherhood and what will be revalation) if you watch the second ending they tell the names but ok so these are the last of the befores they left messages behind to try to keep the people they created and love (humans) from the end of the world which is probably similar to the reapers in mass effect...if you notice lucy has 10 fingers not 9 which can only mean in the time lucy was missing in this game (if you botherd to get out)

Juno makes references that Desmond is from the loins of their people and their enemies and Subject 16 references that the assassins are the children of both worlds. Do they possibly mean that the assassins are part human and part of the same race Minerva/Juno are? That would explain their supernatural capabilities, at least compared to other humans

Something tells me you may only be half right. Subject 16 says "she is not who you think she is", and mentions you need to find Eve. Now, Adam was deceived by Eve, so that to me seems relevant to what he says. Plus, if she was not an ally but an enemy, why is her death so important to "awaken the sixth"?

My guess: since Desmond contains both DNA from humans and the aliens (hence his talents), he must be related to Adam, and Lucy Eve. That can also explain the "son" 16 mentions
